Frontier Airlines Announces Earlier Return to Fargo

Posted August 11, 2012

DENVER, CO. –  In response to the overwhelming community support for the return of Frontier’s nonstop service Frontier Logobetween Fargo, N.D. (FAR) and Denver, Colo.
(DEN), the Denver-based airline will be starting service a week earlier than originally announced last week. Nonstop service between Denver and Fargo with three weekly nonstop flights will now begin on Nov. 9, 2012. To celebrate the new service, Frontier is extending its low introductory fares starting at $99* each way available for purchase through Aug.18, 2012, only at flyfrontier.com.

Following is the schedule for Frontier’s Fargo service:

Flight Departs Arrives    Frequency Aircraft
Denver to Fargo 7:10 PM 9:55 PM    Monday / Wednesday / Friday Airbus A319
Fargo to Denver 10:00 AM 10:55 AM    Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday Airbus A319

Frontier last served Fargo in 2010 using a 74-seat regional turboprop aircraft. This new service will instead operate on spacious 138-seat Airbus 319 aircraft, which reduce the flight time and offer more customer amenities, including 30 channels of DIRECTV service available at every seat. Additionally, these flights will offer five rows of comfortable STRETCH seating with an additional five to seven inches of legroom, and the airline’s SELECT seating product. This service will be the only full-sized jet service between Fargo and Denver.

The airline’s website, flyfrontier.com, offers its guaranteed lowest fares and is the only place STRETCH and SELECT seating are available at the time of booking.
