Airline passenger traffic in January at Hector International Airport showed an increase as compared to the same month in 2009. In January 2010, the passenger enplanements were 28,636. This is an increase of 7.9% when compared to the January 2009 passenger enplanements of 26,532.

January 2010 was the busiest January on record.

Total passenger count for the month was 56,027, which is up 8.6% over the same period last year.
