Airline passenger traffic in May at Hector International Airport showed an increase as compared to the same month in 2004. In May 2005, the passenger enplanements were 22,243. This was an increase of 13.6% when compared to the May 2004 passenger enplanements of 19,576.

Total passenger count for the month was 44,333, which is up 13.3% over the same period last year.
