Northwest To Add Ninth Flight Between Minneapolis/St. Paul And Fargo

Northwest Airlines today announced it will add an additional nonstop service between its Minneapolis/St. Paul hub and Fargo ND, on October 27, 2002.

The new Minneapolis/St. Paul -Fargo service will be operated with the airline's McDonnell Douglas DC-9 aircraft. All of the flights Northwest offers in Fargo are on either RJ85, DC-9 or Airbus A320/319 jet aircraft.

The new flight will increase Northwest's number of daily departures out of Fargo from eight to nine. This additional flight will put Northwest near 1,000 departure seats per day out of Fargo. The airline added it's eight non-stop flight to Fargo in June, 2002.
